Cherno Baba Nursery School

Lions club ‘Tusken Mar en Klif”, Balk, The Netherlands, is the sponsor of the construction of a new school building,
existing of three classrooms, office, store and a separate toilet building.
Foundation To Build, The Netherlands, working in The Gambia with local employees, was the constructor.
Furniture, educational material and outside playing equipment, were part of this project.
Recca Hairstyling in Apeldoorn is the sponsor of the new uniforms of the students.
The school has been opened officially 24 June 2006, in the presence of a delegation of fourteen persons
of Lions club "Tusken Mar en Klif", Balk, The Netherlands.
